Madhava Reddy
Planet Scuba India is owned and run by Madhava Reddy a former journalist.A postgraduate in mass communication, Madhava has been a journalist for 16 years, which included being a reporter with Financial Express and The Economic Times and a special correspondent with the Observer and Business India. He was with Reuters in Mumbai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore before he moved into the corporate world, where he managed a highly successful telecom engineering company called Mack Telecom for more than 4 years.
Madhava always harbored a passion for scuba diving and started Planet Scuba India with the hopes of merging his passion for diving with a business opportunity in India, where the scuba diving is still in its nascent stages due to lack of proper equipment and a dearth of knowledge. One of his main goals is to use the platform provided by Planet Scuba to spread awareness about the marine ecosystem through its scuba diving courses.

Anil Mehta
A Marine Engineer, with over 25 years of sailing experience. Got beached some years back to enjoy the family life and pursue other interests. An avid outdoor adventure sports enthusiast, with interests in trekking and travel. Fascination to be part of an emerging adventure sports industry like scuba diving, has me hooked on.

Shubha Prashanth
With 13 years fulcrum of Administration and Training experience, joined PSI during 2008 and supported to start up the operations, working presently as Sr. Manager Operations , heading complete Administration of Bangalore division and handling wholesale Business.

Mark Monteiro
Hi I’m Mark, the Manager- Sales & Marketing in Bangalore. I’m passionate about diving, to the extent that my motto in life is quite simply “I’d rather be diving”. I enjoy networking with divers and instructors around the world, and can’t believe I get paid to do this.
From lying my way into a short dive in Tioman, Malaysia in 1992, where I was unofficially introduced to the beautiful blue seas, and completely hooked on the experience. I found an elective Open Water course at my University and completed my dives in a fresh water lake in upstate New York on the 31st of October. The water was 35° F, the air temp 32 F and the windchill made it feel like 15F.
Completing my OW II and Master Scuba Diver under the NAUI banner, I dived my weekends away in Kuwait for 3 years.
After a horrible 13 year span where I didn’t dive, I’m back in the saddle and looking for the next dive trip, one of the perks of this job, which I truly enjoy.

Shyamala James
Creative, dedicated, sincere, hardworking person possession excellent communication skills who is open to learning and is adaptable to the ever – changing office environment. Always open to taking up challenges that are thrown my way, I am a person who is able to work under pressure and I possess the tendency to pursue difficult things.

Smitha Dey
I am Smitha Dey.I have completed MBA from RVS Institute of Management Studies and Research. I have done my graduation from Vivekanandha College of Arts and Science for Women. In my family we are 4 members including me . My father is working in forest department as office superintendent and mother is home maker and brother is working in private firm.My strength is self confident, learning ability,hard working, team work. I can easily adopt any kind of environment this will help to form comfortable in my work life.

Sladen D’silva
Hi I’m Sladen, the Graphic Designer and Web Communications Executive in Planet Scuba India. I started my career in commerce. But have been exploring new fields. Eventually, I found my interests in web and Graphic designing. Now am well versed in these fields and would like to make the effective use of my knowledge and skills for the industry by continuously learning. I would give my 100% in all the challenges i face and try to be an asset to the company’s growth.
